This is our official shipping and return policy.

Orders are placed with the vendor within 12 hours of your purchase. The vendor then ships your order out within 48 hours and a tracking number is received with an estimate delivery date within 3 days. Your order then goes through a quality check and is shipped to your provided shipping address. Your order should arrive to you within 7-10 days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this is where your order will arrive at. Local pick up is available in Baltimore, MD only. Your order can be expedited once it passes the quality check for an additional fee. Orders can only be changed or cancelled within the first 12 hours after your order confirmation.

There are no refunds or exchanges on OPENED AND USED hair orders. Once the weft is undone it is considered opened and used therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Refunds will only be given to orders are returned unopened and unused. If you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to us via email.

Please note that all hair orders are shipped from international vendors so please anticipate any delays in the shipping process that can be unpredictable. All vendors are tested and trusted however, it is possible for a variation in quality in any order. If there are any concerns with your purchase please contact as soon as possible! Chargebacks and disputes will result in being banned from any future purchases.
